(Rules and Regulations to keep Yogi happy as well as you)

• For the safety of our guests, all visitors must register at the office and pay a day use fee to enter the park and use the facilities. All vehicles must display a valid camp pass.

• The speed limit of 5 1/2 miles an hour is strictly enforced. We have a number of young children in the park and their safety is a priority.
• Check in time: 1 PM- RV's, 3PM Lodge/Cottages • Check out time: 12PM - RV's, 11AM Lodge/Cottages
• Quiet hours are from 10 pm until 7 am. Please be considerate of other guests. Noise has no boundaries. Children under 18 you will need to be under adult supervision and at their own site or room during quiet hours. Foul, loud behavior will NOT be tolerated. Anyone creating a disturbance may be asked to leave without refunds of any kind.
• Please do not trespass on other camper’s sites.
• In accordance to Texas State Law, alcohol consumption is to be limited to your own site or room.
• We clean our comfort stations during the hours of 10 am to 12 noon. If you've forgotten
  anything, please check out our country store for sundries and snacks.
• Fireworks are not permitted in the park. Fires are permitted in designated areas but must be approved after checking burn bans. Please let your coals burn down before disposing of them. Thank you for your help and cooperation.
• Firearms, archery equipment, BB guns etc. must be kept stored away at all times
• Please do not use the bathhouse sinks to wash clothes or dishes. Washing of trailers is prohibited. Additionally, dumping of grey water, sink water and black water onto the ground is prohibited. Sewer collars or doughnuts are required at RV sites. Please replace cap when leaving.
• We love dogs and so does Yogi but again, please be considerate of your neighbors. Dogs must be on a leash when out in the park. Please don’t leave them unattended ... Especially in hot Texas sun.
• Pool Safety: We have NO LIFEGUARD so SWIM AT YOU OWN RISK!!!!!!!!!!!
  Our hours of operation depend on the season. Our indoor pool has a heated spa (no jets). Under Texas state law, children under the age of 13 are not allowed in the spa as the heat can adversely affect their heart. Children under 13 you will need to be accompanied by an adult. To keep our pools open and clean, we do not allow any smoking, food, or drink in the pool areas. Thank you for your cooperation in the upkeep of our pools.
• Cottage, Motel and all buildings
• Remember, camping is an outdoor experience and we are not responsible for the weather. Therefore we do not offer refunds for early departure or inclement weather
• Please let us know if we can help you in any way. Our goal is for you to have the most enjoyable time possible. We appreciate your business and hope you will remember us in the future. We would be pleased to host your next family reunion, birthday party, rally, corporate meeting, homeschool class, scrap booking crop or any other group event. We also have special Winter Texan rates and activities.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation 8 days prior to arrival are refunded in full less a $25 cancellation fee per room or site. Cancellation 7 days or less prior to arrival date, forfeit deposit on all rooms or sites. We hold a room or site as requested and turn other people away.

We do not give refunds due to discomforts of nature, illness or work schedule. This includes no shows, early check outs and / or you are asked to leave the park by management.
