Company Meetings

Are you tired of the same old meetings in the same old conference rooms inside a hotel and never seeing the light of day? Why not try a unique location that offers a unique venue with a unique property at a great value. We have a variety of lodging accommodations that include a total of 34. Most have kitchens and all have a minimum of two full beds and up to a three bedroom two bath unit (The Bunkhouse) with its own backyard. 8 cabins that are two bedroom, two bath with a common kitchen/living room. We are not super fancy but we are always supper clean. Bring the spouses and the kids- or not. Have your meetings during the day and get together in the evenings as a family.

Team building, brainstorming, planning, forecasting, breakout sessions! Imagine a round of Disc golf, lazer tag and game of horseshoes to unwind between meetings!

Yogi Bear’s Jellystone Park Hill Country is a perfect location for your next, meeting or getaway. We have enough amenities to keep everyone happy and we are centrally located to many population bases. We are just 35 miles North of San Antonio, 45 miles south of Austin, 13 miles west of New Braunfels, ½ mile to the Guadalupe River and 2 miles to Canyon Lake. This makes us an easy drive to come for the day for a company outing that may be planned just for a one day event or for an overnight adventure…

We have two meeting rooms that are equipped with kitchens, men’s and women’s bathrooms with both having 700 to 800 square feet of common area and is equipped with heating/air conditioning and a fireplace. Folding tables and chairs are provided. Seating capacity varies depending on desired density and if inside and outside areas are being used. Typically 50 can be seated inside and 100 can be accommodated if the outside is being used. Both have outside areas adjacent to the buildings.

Cindy’s Hideout is located at the front of the property next to the outdoor pool. It is located towards the front of the property which close to the Ranger Station/Store, the jumping pillow and the lodge rooms. It is popular because it is located in the center of many of the amenities.

Boo Boo’s Bungalow is located toward the back of the property near lazer tag, the cabins, a tenting area and some RV sites. It is towards the back of the property and is popular due to it being in a more private setting.

There is also an open air pavilion available that is located in the middle of the property next to the basketball court, sand volleyball and horseshoes. Picnic tables are utilized for seating with a seating capacity of 50 to 75 reasonably.
