We have some of the best Winter Texans in the State! Some have been coming here for over 20 years... and for some this is there first of what we hope will be twenty more years.... Things are a little quieter around here in the Winter... but not too quiet with Potluck dinners, shuffle board, card games, dominos, water aerobics in the Indoor Heated Pool and more. We just added cable TV to many of the RV sites. Don't want to tow your Recreational Vehicle home? Many leave theirs in our storage for the summer. Don''t have an RV? Come stay in one of our Lodge Rooms, Cabins or Cottages.

We have been coming here for 25 years, the owners are great people and very accommodating. We enjoy the climate; there are good medical hospitals and doctors nearby, and nice grocery stores. This is a very sociable group, we like the new managers, and we plan to come back every year that we can!

There are lots of social events going one here like pot lucks and holiday special events.. The staff here is so friendly and accommodating! The campground is clean and the restrooms are immaculate. We love the free cable and Wi-Fi, and the connivance of 2 laundry rooms. There is a nice new library close by with learning activities and just across the street is the recreational center that has line dancing, yoga and aerobics for the seniors. There is beautiful scenery in just a short drive around the area, also close to Austin and San Antonio if you need a big city.
