Terms & Conditions
Birthday Parties are based on availability. Bookings must be made with at least 48 hour advance notice. Due to variations in staffing, we can not guarantee which bear will appear. Cancellations 7+ days prior to the reservation will receive a camp credit for the paid amount less a $10 cancellation fee. Cancellations less than 7 days prior to a reservation will forfeit the full amount paid. Payment is due upon booking. Our team will contact you directly to finalize your Birthday Party booking and choose your party location.
