Everybody knows that when you go on vacation you’re bound to take a lot of photos. Now a days, most vacation photos are shared on social media so that your friends and family members that aren’t going with you can check out your experience. To help out our campers, we’ve put together a list of our top 5 Instagrammable moments to take advantage of during your next trip to Jellystone Park™!
1. The Yogi Bear™ Statue
Located in front of the Ranger Station, the iconic Yogi Bear™ statue is one of the first things you see upon arriving at Jellystone Park™ Hill Country. Although the statue could never replace Yogi Bear™ himself, this welcoming replica is the perfect photo opportunity for you and your family – towards the beginning, during the middle, or at the end of your stay!
2. Making S’mores
Family memories are made around the campfire. Roast marshmallows and eat tons of delicious s’mores, share stories, sing songs, or just enjoy the great outdoors! No matter how you like to camp, taking a photo with your s’mores creation is a must!
3. Sliding Down the Water Slides
We have not one, but two awesome water slides located at our dinosaur-themed Water Zone. Stand in the shallow area and snap a photo of your kiddo coming down the water slides with a big smile on their face. Plus, swim, splash, and play all day because all of our water amenities are included in your stay!
4. Your Cabin or Campsite Set-up
Whether you prefer “glamping” in one of our premium cabins, parking your rig on one of our RV sites, or setting up a tent on one of our tent sites for a more traditional camping experience, you won’t want to miss out on the opportunity to show off your home away from home for the next few days!
5. The Bears
Who could forget about Yogi Bear™, Cindy Bear™, and Boo Boo™?! The bears will be present at select activities throughout the day, so don’t miss out on your opportunity to get a picture with one, or all, of the bears during your stay! A photo with the bears is sure to get a lot of likes!
We hope these fun photo ideas help you when it comes to deciding what pictures you want to take while staying at Jellystone Park™ Hill Country. If you do end up posting your photos on social media, don’t forget to tag us (@jellystonehc) or use our hashtag #jellystonehillcountry!
